now offer a full range of 500 hour level classes in Svadhyaya Yoga™
Teacher Training. Advanced Training takes the practitioner as well
as the teacher into deeper levels of Radical Self-Discovery and
Self Acceptance. You may register for the entire 500 hour level
program or you may register for each individual training weekend."

Yoga & Mental Health
This is a five part series exploring the application of classical
yoga practice to mental health and wellness. Some topics to be explored,
depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction and sexuality

Tuition for the entire 500 hour level program is as follows: If
you have not graduated from Silver Lotus Training Institute - $2140.00
If you are a graduate or are currently enrolled in the 200 hour
level training program - $2000.00 Early Registration discount of
$100.00 credit if you register by February 15th. Note: if you enroll
as a fulltime 500 hour level student to receive your certification
from Silver Lotus, you will be required to do additional assignments
in order to fulfill the Yoga Alliance Standards.
